Meet ARTISTIQUE
About the ArtistArtistique Fusion Studios treats costume and jewelry as wearable sculpture—engineered for the body in motion.
I’m a goldsmith and costume architect trained in goldsmithing and jewelry at Edna Manley College of the Visual & Performing Arts. That training taught me to think in structure first, ornament second.
My practice sits at the convergence of metalsmithing and Caribbean craft. I design wearable sculpture — pieces engineered for the body in motion, built with the precision of jewelry and structural wirework. Each piece is designed and handmade in-house, from initial sketch to final assembly.
My knowledge expanded through a UNESCO Transcultura art residency in Caltagirone, Sicily in September 2024, followed by an exhibition there. Caltagirone is a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for over 1000 years of ceramic and craft tradition. It also expanded through an UNESCO scholarship for the course Conquest of Forging Iron in Cuba, where I learned metal forging techniques from local Cuban metalsmiths.
I’m interested in engineered lines and exacting material standards. Work that holds structure, moves with the body, and endures as art long after the moment.
From the carnival bandleader launching a new section to the individual commissioning their first wearable sculpture, Artistique Fusion Studios helps you tell your story through crafted costume and jewelry design.
